• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the transaction to which they relate.

If 86jili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on 86jili, please contact our support team immediately via live chat so that we can take prompt action.

Age verification is a mandatory step in the 86jili account registration process. No player may deposit funds, participate in games, or claim bonuses until their age has been verified by submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document confirming they are at least 21 years of age.
